This is a vintage bowie blade made by the Schrade factory in the USA before closing its doors in 2004. Schrade never tang stamped these blades. We have had a custom knifemaker complete these for us (example shown in last picture, not included) and they look fantastic when finished. The blade is stainless steel and is ground but needs final finishing and buffing to complete, may have handling wear and light staining. All other parts are USA made. Please choose your options for purchase: Blade with lanyard end and copper guard and spacer, or Blade with lanyard end and aluminum guard and nickel silver spacer. Last picture shows how the finished knife might look. Lanyard end screws in. Guard may require some filing to fit.
