Description
This is a rare vintage folding knife from circa 1960s by Gesco Cutlery based in the USA and branded Rhino. Made in Seki, Japan by Seizo Imai in the early years of his knifemaking career. It features a stainless steel blade and hook with stainless bolsters and ebony handle. The blades are tight with good snap. Seizo Imai was one Seki, Japan's finest craftsmen and most famous knifemakers of the modern era. His collaboration with Parker spanned nearly two decades. He made knives for Parker, Frost, Browning, Explorer, Compass, Condor, and many others, including his own brands Imax and Seizo Imai. His custom Loveless style knives are works of art. Came from closed store in Seki and still has price tag.
