This is an unmarked prototype made in Seki, Japan circa 1970s, believed to be made by Tak Fukuta. It features a second cut stag handle with aluminum bolsters and stainless steel blade. Has great ergonomics. Measures 6.375" long overall and has a 3" long blade. Comes with a leather sheath. Has sticker on handle and sheath.
