This is a nice Seki, Japan made Parker folding knife made in the 1980s. It is in near mint condition, unused with light handling wear. One small blade moves up and down a little when closed (the distance shown in the last two pictures) but when open there is snap to keep it open. Otherwise the blades work properly. This has the original factory edges and comes in the box (a bit tight, probably not original).
