Parker IMAI Nylon Belt Sheaths
Decent quality light-duty black nylon construction, with Parker IMAI logo on back. Great for storing or carrying Parker (or other) brand of pocket knives up to 5" handle length.
This is the original Parker-Imai nylon sheath made in Seki, Japan, in the early 1980s. These came with larger folding hunter knives made by Imai for Parker. It is made of nylon and has a flap with velcro for closure. Fits a full sized folding hunter measuring up to 5" long closed. Marked Parker-Imai on back. Seizo Imai was one Seki, Japan's finest craftsmen and most famous knifemakers of the modern era. His collaboration with Parker spanned nearly two decades. He made knives for Parker, Frost, Browning, Explorer, Compass, Condor, and many others, including his own brands Imax and Seizo Imai. His custom Loveless style knives are works of art. After his passing, several vintage old stock knives and sheaths were found at his warehouse. This is one of these rare finds.
