Description
This is an original Olsen OK 154 pocket knife made in Seki, Japan between circa 1978-1982. In the late 1970s, Olsen teamed up with Seizo Imai to produce models in Japan and this was one of these knives. It features a sharp stainless steel blade, smooth bone handle, and nickle silver bolster. It is marked "Olsen Ok 154 - H.C., MI" (Howard City) on the front and on the back is "Stainless Steel Japan". This is a great small sized pocket knife at 2.75" long closed. Highly collectible, yet usable. This is a cosmetic blemished knife such as, light handling wear, small crack in handle, unsymmetrical finished bone (could be sanded equal). Blade is tight closing and needs help to fully close. May have light areas of black buffing compound that can wipe off. Acquired direct from the closed factory of Seizo Imai and in storage for nearly four decades, this is a rare chance to own unused old stock from a bygone era. Bulked packed, no box.
