This is an older original Gerber Tac II. This one is unusual, it is marked "Not For Resale" and the retention point is not installed in sheath and the upper portion is incomplete. May have been some kind of factory sample or a 2nd. It is in near mint condition with some light handling wear and an area on the handle that looks like sticker residue. The original factory edge is sharp. A great piece to add to your collection or even get a new usable sheath for. Or perhaps replace your own worn out knife.
