Description
This is a scarce Fury survival knife made by Tak Fukuta in Seki, Japan curca 1980s. It measures 9.25" overall and features a 5" long stainless blade, original factory edge and a stag handle with aluminum bolsters and guard. Still has the factory prototype stickers on knife and sheath. Tak Fukuta was the first Japanese member of the American Knife Maker's Guild, and apprentice to Bob Loveless. He hand crafted fine quality knives that impressed his mentor. Over the years, his factory in Seki, Japan also produced knives for Parker, Valor, Gutmann, Explorer, Frost, and Browning among others.
