This is a Frost Cutlery Japanese crafted pocket knife made in Seki, Japan in the 1980s. Made by Seizo Imai for Frost, it features a red second cut stag handle and stainless blades. Both blades are tight with good snap. Came from a closed store in Seki and still has price tag on it.
