This is a Explorer 11-125 in the Buck 110 style folding lockback made in Seki, Japan circa 1980s by Seizo Imai - same maker for Parker knives which also produced an identical all black folder. Knife comes with nylon sheath marker Parker Imai on back. Has good snap. Light handling wear, but original factory edge is sharp and appears unused.
