This is a vintage Bunmei made by the Yoshikin factory, maker of Global knives, made in Japan. This is vintage old stock in excellent condition with light shelf wear. The Nakiri is the choice accessory vegetable slicer for the sushi chef. The blade is thin, nice for slicing. Made with the high quality as you would expect from Yoshida, this knife features a wood handle and Carbon steel blade. Comes in the original box with protective sleeve.
