This is a nice vintage Majestic Aristocrat small pocket knife made in Seki Japan. It is 2.5 inches closed and the blade is just under 2 inches long. This has a lockback lock with the lever that, if not broken, would lock the blade in place - so a double lockup (A bit uncomfortable to unlock due to sharp edges, needs rounded to be comfortable). To release, you must fold the lever out of the blade and then push down/back to release the lockback mechanism.
