This is an elegant tie tack, custom made of high quality materials and with superior craftsmanship in Seki, Japan circa 1980s for Parker. Blade is stationary. It features an abalone shell inlay with nickel silver bolsters and has a setup for a tie tack and button securing loop. Measures 1.375" long
