This is a very scarce Hoffman Condor fixed blade tie tack made in Seki, Japan circa 1980s. Maker is unknown, although it could possibly be Seizo Imai as it came from his estate. It is made of nickel silver and has a setup for a tie tack and button securing loop. Measures 1.375" long
