This is a great vintage multi-tool knife, issued circa 1970s-80s to the South Africa Defense Force. Made by Vilco and has the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) hallmark, with NATO stock # 7340-18-400-2426 on the handle. The blades and handles are stainless steel. These are unused old stock.
