This is a nice vintage folding/fixed knife made in Seki, Japan, circa 1980s. Rotation/opening is manual action and It features a stainless steel blades with a wooden handle. This was made for Ballard Cutlery and is marked "Ballard Knife Collectors Club Limited Edition one of 300" on the blade.
