Description
Designed by Phillip Hoffman, founder of Lakota and Condor knives, this knife was made in Seki, Japan by H Suzuki in the mid-1980s. This beautiful Lakota fillet features a wood handle, stainless bolsters, and a sturdy 6" long AUS-8 stainless steel blade. Made to be a fillet knife, but stiff enough to be a boning knife as well. Highly collectible, yet usable. Acquired from a closed distributor warehouse in Seki and was stored for more than three decades, this is a rare chance to own vintage old stock from the 1980s.
