Don't miss this rare mirror polished dagger by Kiku Matsuda, one of Seki, Japan’s leading master knifemakers. His superior tactical knives are highly sought after. They caught the attention of SOG who now makes a Kiku version production knife. This knife is very special. It is one of a kind and he brought it to the United States to sell on his first visit to knife shows in the early 2000s. But it was inexplicably held back and not sold and has been stored by his distributor, forgotten until now. Because daggers are restricted in Japan, this is a design you almost never see. It features a mirror polished flat or slight Hamaguri-ba ground blade with hand polished flat and is a heavy 5/16" thick. It has a black custom textured G10 handle, and matching custom sheath.
