Description
This is a simple pipe tool made in Seki Japan circa 1970s for the Japanese pipe manufacturer, Esterd. It has all metal construction and measures 3" when closed. This is a factory sample prototype and still has the factory sticker on it. A recent find from the original distributor in Seki, Japan.
