This is a vintage Parker Cut Co. Mother of Pearl handle folding pocket knife made in Seki, Japan circa 1980s. The blade is etched "Celebrated Dirk Knife." This is a uniquely designed knife with the main blade being a midlock and the other two blades are slipjoint.
