This is a vintage FIT EX pocket knife made in Seki, Japan circa 1980s. The blade is stainless steel, handle is black synthetic. To open pull handle slightly apart and swivel open, same process to close. This is a factory sample prototype and it still has the factory sticker on it. Comes in Explorer Box. A recent find from the original distributor in Seki, Japan.
