Description
This is a nice vintage pipe tool made in Seki Japan circa 1970s. It has a stainless blade with a gold colored handle on one side and measures 2.87" when closed. This is a factory sample prototype with the original factory sticker on it. A recent find from the original distributor in Seki, Japan.
