This is a scarce Phrobis III M9A1 bayonet made in Spain by Marto. Blade has "Operation Desert Storm 1991" on blade. USA Patent No. 4,821,356. This is the last knife made by Phrobis International and was commissioned by a firm in Saudi Arabia to be sold in that country. Comes with certificate of authenticity signed by Homer M. Brett and dated May 1991. One of the rarest Phrobis models out there! Unused, original edge, blade has a protective coating of oil. Listing is for knife and sheath with COA (no pouch).
