Description
This is a set of two to Japanese cutlery knives made in Seki, Japan and they come in a gift box. These knives feature a sharp Molybdenum Vanadium (AUS-8) stainless steel blade with full tang dymondwood handle. The Nakiri measures 11.25" overall, with a blade length of 6.5." The Santoku measures 11.5" overall with a blade length of 6.5." Original unused factory edge, extremely sharp.
