This is a Kyocera Twin Fish ceramic utility kitchen knife perfect for all your cooking and kitchen needs. This is a high end Kyocera made for the domestic Japanese market. It features a 6" long white g(z)irconia ceramic blade that holds its sharp edge much longer than metal. It's stain and rust proof and easy to clean. The wood handle is balanced for ease of use. New old stock from closed store in Seki Japan but with aging surface cracking in wood as pictured (does not affect usability of knife). Comes in original box and has retail price price tag.
