These Craftsmen have inherited Seki cutlery's history of about 800 years and have continued with great effort, skills, and sensibility. We are proud to work with those craftsmen in Seki-city, Japan.

"Pleasant wave pattern is created on calm water surface by soft breeze", Minamo-kaze is named with picturing that beautiful scenery.
The blade is 63 layers Damascus w/Japanese high carbon stainless steel core, HRC：60±0.5, high quality material proudly made in Japan. High grade sharpness lasts long time. We realized outstanding sharpness because of sophisticated technique backed by an abundant of experience and knowledge accumulated over many years.

The classy octagonal handle "八角柄 Hackaku-e" is polished elegantly. The handle end is engraved Kanetsune Seki brand logo mark "Kumadori". The handles are made of red plywood w/black micarta rings.
【KC-820s Minamo-Kaze w/Wooden Saya Series】
This KC-820s series comes with special Saya cover (sheath) finished by the technique used for Saya of Japanese swords(Katana). The pattern called "Cha-Ishime" in Japanese.
And these are stored in a classy wooden box which presents a Japanese tradition.
