The KC-029 quail egg scissors feature a stainless steel blade with a red plastic handle. Quail eggs can be difficult to open without spoiling the beautiful petite yolk and allowing shells to fall into the egg. These scissors have been designed to slice through one end of the egg in one razor-edge squeeze, to eliminate both problems in one quick motion.
