Description
This is a top of the line Japanese cutlery knife made in Seki, Japan by Yokoyama - the same knife as the Masamoto version also made by Yokoyama. It features a sharp Molybdenum Vanadium (AUS-8) stainless steel blade measuring 240mm (just under 9 1/2") long with integral guard and full tang with dymondwood handle. A very nice Japanese cutlery knife.
