Description
This is a vintage axe made by Gränsfors Burk in Sweden, the big double bit working axe model. The axe is also marked UN for Ulrik Nilsson. Handle is made of Hickory wood, and head is solid steel, comes with leather covers (one missing snap). The bits are just under 6" and the overall length is 36 3/4" long. Some light staining, but the blades have no dings and are sharp! This is a wonderfully made axe by expert craftsmen with materials that last a lifetime! Very scarce!
