Description
This is a vintage axe made by Gränsfors Burk in Sweden. Based on the branding on the axe head this resembles a mid 20th Century design and matches their model Scandinavian forest axe no. 430. The axe is also marked LP for Lennart Petterson. Handle is made of Hickory wood, and head is solid steel, comes with leather sheath. Approx 2.6 pounds total. This is a wonderfully made axe by expert craftsmen with materials that last a lifetime!
