Description

Condor made some of the finest hunting knives back in the day. Designed by Phillip Hoffman, founder of Lakota and Condor knives, this knife was made in Seki, Japan by Secnos in the late1980s to early 1990s. The Condor 80-Z measures 8 5/8" long overall and features a handle made with Zytel, and a sturdy 3/16" thick 3 5/16" long AUS-8 stainless steel blade (measured from front of thumbrest). Unused with original factory edge. The guard area must have been blemished as it was shortened by the factory from the original length (please see pictures) and has a different finish than the rest of the handle, could be rounded and contoured. Highly collectible, yet usable. Acquired from the closed Secnos factory in Seki, Japan, this is a rare chance to own an icon of the Seki knife history.
