This is a a nice folding pocket knife, made by Kershaw several years ago. It is a factory second knife, indicated by the xxxx markings, the assisted opening is sometimes a little slow, but it does get the blade most of the way open, requiring a slight flick. This knife is unused old stock although it may have shop wear, please see photos. This is an assisted opening knife. The handle is black and the pictures of the knife closed shows the tone more realistically than the open picture with glare.
