This is a vintage Parker surgical stainless steel folding pocket knife made in Seki, Japan. Handle has a unique cut out design, the blade is marked "Parker surgical steel Japan" and "Aida Design JRC Parker Maker." Blade has a tight lockup. Came from a closed store in Seki, has price tag.
