Description
This is a set of three top of the line Japanese cutlery knives made in Seki, Japan. Knives feature a sharp Molybdenum Vanadium (AUS-8) stainless steel blade with full tang dymondwood handle. Three different knife styles including a Deba, Nakiri, and Guyto. The Deba measures 11.37" overall, with a blade length of 6.62." The Nakiri measures 11.25" overall with a blade length of 6.31." The Gyuto is 9.06" overall with a blade length of 4.75." Comes in the balsa wood box (stored in warehouse setting and box may have discoloration).
