This is a vintage folding scissors by G. Sakai made in Seki, japan. Handle is marked "Varivas G. Sakai", has a tight action and good snap. Great quality knife, made in Seki Japan by G. Sakai, who also produced knives in Seki for Sog, Spyderco, Gerber, etc. Came from a closed knife store in Seki and still has price tag on it.
