Description
This is a scarce hunting knife made in Seki, Japan by Kinryu circa 1990s for Blackjack. These last 3 have a crack in the handle and tarnish. It features a Cocobolo wood handle and brass guard, and a sturdy 5/32" thick x 3.125" long AUS-10 blade that is convex ground to the razor sharpened edge. Kinryu is one of Seki, Japan's noted makers of fine cutlery in the modern era. The company manufactured many of Seki's most interesting fixed blade survival knives of the 1980s and 1990s. This knife is a recent warehouse find, in storage for years. Sheath is not original, but works well.
