This is an original vintage Schrade bowie blade made by Schrade in the USA before closing its doors in 2004. Schrade never tang stamped these blades, allowing them to fully etch them for limited runs such as the 1976 Bicentennial. We had a custom knifemaker complete these for us (example shown in last picture, not included) and they look stunning when finished. The blade is believed to be high carbon and is polished, may have light handling wear. All other parts are USA made. Please choose your options for purchase: the blade only, blade and guard, or blade plus guard and spacers. Last picture shows how the finished knife might look. Coffin spacer requires removing threaded back portion. Guard will require some filing to fit.
