This knife was made by Hattori for EK circa 1980s-early 1990s. Made with the precision you would expect from this renowned maker, it features a 5/32" thick stainless steel blade. It measures 12.5" long overall with a 6.625" long blade. A rare chance to own a part of EK history and produced by one of Seki's most renowned makers. This blade is sterile (unmarked), is sharpened and tempered. Recently found by Hattori in Seki, Japan.
