Description
This is a Haller prototype made in Seki, Japan circa 1980s, originally for the retail market in Germany. (Kondo was a Japanese distributor and the sticker was put on at a later date). Believed to be made by either Tak Fukuta or Seizo Imai. A recent Seki, Japan warehouse find.
