This is a vintage pocket knife made in Seki, Japan circa 1960s-70s. It is a factory sample prototype and still has the factory sticker on it. It features a black plastic handle and has stainless steel blades. Blade is marked "Foreign" as it was made to be sold in Europe or other world region.
