This is a rare one liner twin set of knives made circa 1960s in San Diego, CA. They come in a box marked 104 and with the El Cajon warranty paper. The 115 Sportsman set actually combines the 103 & 118. It comes with the black leather sheath. This is a stunning vintage find and features the papers and leather sheath in the box.
