Takeshi Saji's traditional hammer forging techniques and his considerable experience in the production of custom-designed outdoor knives have enabled him to produce this line of outstanding kitchen knives. This knife features a VG-10 core forged Nickel Damascus Stainless steel with a black damascus finish, giving it a stunning appearance. The stag bone handle and brass guard nicely compliments the blade. The traditional Japanese Hamaguri-Ba (Convex) blade grind provides remarkable cutting performance. With more than 50 years experience, Master knifemarker Saji is one of Japan's great makers.
