Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping
You can purchase your items online and they are shipped directly to your doorstep. We offer free USPS shipping for orders shipped to the lower 48 states in the USA. We also offer expedited shipping at additional cost. We normally ship within 24 hours, although orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Our normal business days are Monday - Friday except for holidays. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.
Properly Packaged
For an item to arrive undamaged is the desire of every buyer. We do our best here on our end to ensure that this happens every time. Have no concerns about your knife or other item being properly packaged. Collectibles will be appropriately handled and wrapped. We take care that the factory knife box is also properly packed to ensure that it arrives undamaged as well. Here we understand the importance of all items that go along with a collectible knife, including the box and papers.

International Buyers
Please know your country's laws before purchasing as we cannot be responsible for customs delays and/or seizures. Please note that some knives are prohibited and we will not fulfil these orders. Any import/customs fees are paid by the buyer. Once shipped, USPS First Class can take 2 to up to 6 weeks for delivery. Priority International can take 1 to up to 4 weeks. The fastest method is Express Mail Service which arrives normally within 7-10 days. Please be patient with the Postal Service if you choose First Class or Priority. If your package has not arrived yet and it has been weeks, please go to your local post office and ask about your package, most of the time it is there waiting. If your package is delayed, please contact us and we will make an inquiry with the USPS to assist.
Returns
Please contact us for an RMA#, which must be issued within 15 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping unless the item has a defect that was not pictured or described. It is best to use trackable shipping methods so you can verify our receipt of the item. For a full refund, the item must be returned in original shipped condition (including any original packaging/papers). Some product we offer is not in "brand new" condition and there must be a problem/defect with the item which differs from the item description/photos. Once the item is returned, we will review the claim and promptly issue a refund. Returns that are not received at our warehouse within 30 days will be accepted at our discretion. Merchandise returned to us that does not follow these giudlines may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
