This is a beautiful Sakai Takayuki 6.75" Nakiri vegetable knife. It is made with VG10 core Damascus steel with a Mahogany handle. It is in unused condition with some light shop wear and comes in the original box (some shop wear). It is sharp and light weight with a long lasting edge. This is a perfect gift for the chef in your life! Excellent Japanese quality!
