This is a new old stock early production Mcusta Zanmai from circa 2010. The Zanmai Japanese cutlery knives are among the finest made in Seki, Japan. It is an elegant knife with professional performance. Originally factory sharpened for right-hand use (would need resharpened to properly be used for left-hand use).
