Kiku Matsuda is one of Seki, Japan’s leading master knifemakers. He hand grinds these masterpieces in his own unique way, specializing in his Hamaguri-Ba method like the convex edge famous on the Japanese Katana. His superior tactical knives are highly sought after. They caught the attention of SOG who now makes a Kiku version production knife. This knife features a superior OUS blade (Japanese powder steel) with acid etch finish with Hamaguri-ba ground and just under 1/8" thick.
