He hand grinds these masterpieces in his own unique way, specializing in his Hamaguri-Ba method like the convex edge famous on the Japanese Katana. His superior tactical knives are highly sought after. They caught the attention of SOG who now makes a Kiku version production knife. This knife was designed by Japanese Japanese Pro-Hunter, Mr. Chujyo in Hokkaido and features a superior OU-31 blade (Japanese powder steel) with stunning tedious-to-make mirror/etch finish (Kiku has light oil on blade, may be visible in pictures) with Hamaguri-ba ground and just over 3/16" thick. It has a black contoured G10 handle, and hand fitted Kydex sheath with Tek-Lok device. Kiku includes a hand signed certificate of authenticity and a Japanese magazine featuring his knife which he hand signed in gold. Only one of this scarce knife in stock.
