This is a great quality leather sheath we had made in Spokane Wa, USA for some of our custom projects. It fits the new version Buck 106 that has a 3-1/8" sharpened edge. It also fits the original Buck 106, though the edge measures 2-1/2", the strap fits well. Also pictured is a vintage Sharp hatchet with a sharpened edge just under 3". (Sale is for sheath only, hatchet not included). The strap will fit around a hatchet head that measures up to 3-1/4" from the blade edge to the top of tang, 3-1/8" is tight enough; and also up to 2-1/8" from the top of blade to the inside of head at strap. Measures approx 4-1/8" square. Belt loop on the back fits belt up to 1-1/2" wide. Measurements are for a flat blade, a fatter head and handle will change them. Axes in pictures are for example only.
